That´s it...the final image,even if it has some flaws...im done with this piece.It was fun, i really enjoy the way it comes out.
The only thing coming to my mind when i was bulding this image was this quote(i understand it represents the duality of human condition,maybe im wrong)

A city disappears at a single night and back 20 years later strangely abandoned and mysterious. a team was sended to investigate what happened..This is a frame from the 20 years before the disapearing,the only thing the team encounters from the initial stages of the investigation is a big strange biomechanic monster.
Mixed a little of mattepainting and ilustration,took me 7 hrs .

Concept portrait for a sexy and deadly character. The kind of tough chic with lots of tattoos and a sharped katana
I was thinking about a beautyful killer who are working as a freelancer bodyguard. She make good use from her apearance and seduction abilities to hit the preys when they let the guard down.
This is an attempt to a comic book cast...but eventualy i can model this lated

Hi There
No particular story about this one...i just start to draw after watched Silent Hill movie for the 6th time. I really enjoy the atmosphere expressed on this great horror motion picture.
Done it about 30 hours during turns thru 3 days...again after coming home from work. The background was modeled and textured on 3dmax , post work & the character on photoshop.
And finally...after some real good critics & inspiration...here´s the updates.

I already posted this image on cgtalk in 2d gallery...but i think in 3d gallery will be more related to the making process even if there´s a lot of painting techniques used.
I´ll tell you the story for this guy... He´s searching a abandoned fallout bunker in a ruined wasteland. Imagine what he´ll find on that place...Well next time i show you the creatures

I found this painting yesterday...that´s from 2001. I even remember this concept until i find it again...After some post work on photoshop i got the final version...took me 6 years to finish
But the last upgrades took me something like 20 minutes.

Another aquatic character... Ocean creatures are so cool. I imagine
Spend something like 3 hrs to paint. The head was modeled , textured and the light work mixed with 3d... I wait some time until have this idea.This is my 4th composition using this mixed technique , merging 3d tools with matte painting. I hope to have a good visual effect to all of you.
